The short version

It's free, it's for dancing, and it comes as it is.
Clear your space and dance safely. You dance at your own risk.
Only play music you have the right to share.
Be decent. We can stop a room's music, close a room or refuse a DJ booking.

The service

Dance With Me shows you as a stick figure and lets you dance with other people and AI dancers in shared rooms. It's free, with no accounts. We may change it, pause it or stop it at any time. How we handle your data is on the privacy page.

If you're under 13, ask a parent or guardian before using it.

Dance safely

Make room before you dance: move furniture, mind the floor, and keep your phone somewhere it can't fall. Only dance on camera with people in your space who are happy to be there. You take part at your own risk.

Music

The person who shares a room can play music to everyone in it. Only play music you own or have the right to share, like your own tracks or music licensed for it. You're responsible for what you broadcast. We don't check, record or store it.

DJ bookings

DJs can ask for a time slot at /schedule. Every request is checked before it's shown publicly. We can refuse or remove a booking, for example if a name, description or link breaks these rules. A refused request shows as "Not approved" in the browser that sent it.

Not allowed

Anything illegal, including sharing music or other material you don't have the rights to.
Harassment, hate, threats, or sexual content, in DJ names, set info, bios, links, file names or anything else.
Pretending to be someone else.
Disrupting the service, overloading it, or trying to get around its limits or its moderation.

Reports and moderation

To report a room or a booking, email Chris@wilkinscoffee.be. Say which room or DJ, roughly when, and what's wrong. You can write in English, French or Dutch. We look at every report as soon as we can, and can:

stop a room's music (it stays off until the room closes),
close a room (everyone goes back to dancing on their own, and the room name stays closed for a while),
refuse or remove a DJ booking.

Moderation is done by a person, not automatically. If you think we got a decision wrong, email us and we'll look again.

No guarantees

We do our best, but the service comes as it is, without guarantees that it works, keeps working, or suits a purpose. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't legally be limited.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Belgian law applies. If you're a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
